In preparation of National Moms Nite Out, I made an appearance on FOX2 with the chef from the Royal Park Hotel. During the segment, he prepared these awesome chicken quesadillas (one of my absolute favorite dishes!). The crew at FOX2 tried them and loved them so much they were gone in seconds. The video below shows our appearance in the FOX2 kitchen. Scroll down even further for the yummy recipe, courtesy of Chef Colin Brown of the Royal Park Hotel!
