WWJ TV - CBS Detroit

Lisa LaGrou of Oakland County Moms was invited to participate in a segment on the WWJ-TV television program Street Beat (featured on WWJ TV's sister station CW50). WWJ TV partners with WWJ Newsradio and is growing their Metro Detroit local news presence on the CBS local affiliate WWJ TV and their sister station CW50 WKBD.

WJBK Fox 2 - My Fox Detroit

The Oakland County Moms media partership with WJBK Fox 2 started in 2007 when www.myfoxdetroit.com launched their "Ladies Room" page. Oakland County Moms owner Lisa LaGrou wrote weekly columns and articles for the Ladies Room page  concerning: local events, parenting tips, children's health, current events and more.

Oakland County Moms has been invited on Fox 2 several times since our partnership began.

The Oakland Press

The media partnership between Oakland County Moms and The Oakland Press extends back to 2008. OCM has been featured in weekly columns for the The Oakland Press website as well as regular features in The Oakland Press print editions. Oakland County Moms proudly features The Oakland Press website content on the OCM homepage.

Radio Disney - Detroit

Lisa LaGrou of Oakland County Moms was a feature interview topic in a radio segment on Radio Disney - Detroit AM 910 to discuss the inspiration behind OCM and the future of Oakland County Moms dot com.

Oakland County Moms - Newspapers

Lisa LaGrou of Oakland County Moms has been featured in several Detroit area newspapers and printed publications. In addition to The Oakland Press, OCM has enjoyed front page or column exposure in: The Rochester Eccentric, The Hills Herald, Suburban Lifestyles and Community Lifestyles.

I was asked to appear on FOX2 to discuss the current beach bag trends and upgrades to the products that were considered "so last season." Here's the clip from my appearance:

In preparation of National Moms Nite Out, I made an appearance on FOX2 with the chef from the Royal Park Hotel. During the segment, he prepared these awesome chicken quesadillas (one of my absolute favorite dishes!). The crew at FOX2 tried them and loved them so much they were gone in seconds. I was interviewed by WDIV to discuss the recent trends of celebrities being very health conscious with their food choices for their families. I think it's quite interesting to see these celebrities having such an active role in deciding what their children can and cannot eat. I used to think they left it all up to their personal chef! But, in reality, they are very involved and making great choices.
