Zumba Fitness is being offered at Rochester Hills Skating and Sports Arena every Saturday from 9-10am. You can pay by the class by dropping in for $8. Or you can purchase a punch card to get a discount.

Too cold to walk outside with a stroller? Here's an opportunity for combining stroller time and exercise indoors. It's Walking Mondays. Moms can bring the strollers to Rochester Skating and Sports Arena, Mondays from 11am-1pm, and get a great walk indoors with friends. Details are below:

$3.00 admission fee per walker

And, here's a safe and warm option for the kids and moms to get in some exercise. It's Stroller Skate. Push a stroller, let the little ones skate, bring push toys, and let the fun begin. My kids had a blast at these events when they were younger. It's a great way for parents and young children to get some indoor fitness in a wide-open play area. Stroller Skate is perfect for when the weather is too cold to get outdoors. My kids loved the lights, music and fun and the price is fantastic.
