Winterfest in Berkley is back for a 2nd year of free winter family fun on January 28th, 2012. Berkley's Winterfest is a great way to celebrate Michigan winter with many events and activities.

Winterfest events and activities include:

• Craft Show 10 am-3 pm
• Winter Petting Farm 1 pm-4 pm
• Snowman Building Contest 10 am-12 pm
• Chili Cook-Off (Taste & Vote ) 11 am-1 pm
• Recycling and Fire & Safety Demos 10 am-1 pm
• Children’s Crafts & Activities 10 am-1 pm
• Broomball Tournament 11 am-1 pm
• Kickball Tournament 2-4 pm
• SCA Medieval Armored Combat
• Demonstration 2-4 pm
• Bonfire w/S’mores 2-4 pm
• Turkey Bowling 2-3 pm
• Berkley High Hockey 5-7 pm
• Open Skating 10-noon & 7-9 pm

2012 Berkley Winterfest fun begins at 10a on January 28th and runs throughout the day at the Berkley Community Center, Berkley Ice Arena and throughout downtown Berkley.
