Here's a twist to the traditional oven baked turkey... slow cooker recipes. These are easy and work great for massive amounts of turkey leftovers.

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe
Ingredients
5 slices bacon
1 (5 1/2 pound) bone-in turkey breast, skin removed
1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 (10.5 ounce) can turkey gravy
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried sage
Directions
Place bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook until evenly brown. Drain and crumble.
Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray. Place turkey in the slow cooker. Season with garlic pepper. In a bowl, mix the bacon, gravy, flour, Worcestershire sauce, and sage. Pour over turkey in the slow cooker.
Cover slow cooker, and cook turkey 8 hours on Low.

Crockpot Onion Turkey with Stuffing
This simple five ingredient turkey and stuffing recipe that cooks in your crockpot is a good Thanksgiving dinner for a small gathering.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 6 hours
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. apple jelly
6 oz. pkg. turkey flavor stuffing mix (one step brand)
3/4 cup water
2 lb. boneless, skinless turkey breast half
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes until light brown, stirring frequently. Add jelly and heat for 1 minute longer or until golden brown.
Spray a 4-6 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place stuffing mix in prepared cooker. Drizzle with water and mix gently. Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper and place on stuffing mix. Spoon onion mixture over turkey and spread evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serves 5
