Juicing Recipe.If you have a juicer, I'm sure you've made up many concoctions - some good and some bad. We've had our fair share of "ok" drinks, but here's one I really like, and my kids fight over it as well. I have an Omega juicer that I love and use almost daily. So, we've had plenty of time to perfect this drink!
Ingredients
1 apple
1 medium sized raw beet
2 medium carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
2 clementines
1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
1 c. tart cherries (fresh and pitted or frozen, thawed)
1 large kale leaf
I know there's a lot of fruit in here, but they are still healthy choices - high in antioxidants and vitamins!
