Easy and Healthy Cabbage Soup

This soup is so simple and so good for you.

Ingredients
  • 1 quart of chicken broth
  • 1 can 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • 10 oz. bag of shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • garlic powder and black pepper to taste

 

Directions

Put all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 1-3 hours.  Enjoy!

I love being able to throw everything in a pot and let it take care of itself. This soup is full of lycopene and Vitamins A, C, B, and E. I have heard of others putting in a sausage as well.
