alt I'm tired of high fructose corn syrup. That gunk is everywhere! I avoid it at all costs. It was challenging to find a ketchup that did not have high fructose corn syrup or even corn syrup. Neither of these should be anywhere near a bottle of tomato ketchup.

I found a couple different ketchups, but they weren't ideal and they weren't cheap. But now, I've hit the jackpot! Meijer Naturals Ketchup! The only ingredients in this ketchup are water, tomato paste, sugar, distilled vinegar, salt, onion powder, spice, and natural flavor - and it tastes great - exactly like the big name brands! There are no GMO's, no artificial preservatives, and no high fructose corn syrup. I don't think it's organic, but at this point, I don't care. I'm just happy it tastes great and the kids love it!

Wow! I can relate! I too try to select foods with no high fructose corn syrup for my family. That is much more difficult than it sounds because it's everywhere!!!
A word of caution, however, when you see "natural flavor" in the ingredients. This is a way "other" things end up into our foods and we don't even know due to the lack of proper labeling laws. MSG can be added into a product and be labeled as "Natural Flavor." I am going to try contacting companies directly to see if I can find out exactly what "natural flavors" are in the product.
