Westview Orchards touts "A Full Day of Country Fun" and it's easy to see why. The Westview Cider Mill grounds are clean, expansive and the landscape is dotted with sites and activities for young and old. The cider mill itself is

 open from 10a-5p daily from Labor Day through Halloween but the Farm Market is open from July through X-Mas eve. Westview Cider Mill offers seasonal U-pick cherries (sweet and tart), Freestone peaches, apples and pumpkins. The Westview Cider Mill farm itself includes those but goes even further by offering sweet corn, plums, Bosc Pears, Bartlett Pears, squash and pumpkin pie in their Farm Market. The market also offers donuts, pies, jams, salsas, veggies, gift baskets and more. Westview Cider Mill Bakery is open on weekends only in the Fall and has, in addition to the Market, cream cheese logs, fruit breads and their signature Fruit Flip. Coming soon Westview will offer The Orchard Cafe and Grill at Westview Cider Mill featuring an expanded menu!

Westview Cider Mill's entertainment is vast, educational and skews toward a younger demographic. Perks and activities include: 2 petting barns, Kidz Korner Playground (3 acres), Wagon Rides, a 40 foot "Apple Drop" slide, live family shows, a giant corn maze and more! They even offer a Mom and Tot's Time for little ones. They offer school and group tours in Spring, Summer and Fall by reservation. One notable and probably underrated facet to the Westview Cider Mill experience is the modern and impeccably clean restroom facilities located in the middle of the grounds. No porto-johns is a relief to anyone with kids!

Lastly, in addition to the Westview Cider Mill and farm eats, Westview has an ice-cream parlor/sweetshop located in an old-fashioned 1-room school house. The menu is huge and features 32 flavors of Michigan-made ice cream. Tell the kids not to forget to wear their team uniform for discounts. The school house location also features Board Game Nights and Movie Nights!
