PARK 600 bar + kitchen at the Royal Park Hotel is now open. I attended the grand opening media event and was impressed by the new addition to the Royal Park Hotel. PARK 600 takes the place of the former Brookshire restaurant, and brings a more casual, informal atmosphere but with loads of class and fun.

PARK 600 focuses on pairing shared plates and bold flavors with refined cocktails. PARK 600 bar + kitchen brings the flavor of the cities across the world to Downtown Rochester, made from locally sourced ingredients.
Guests can enjoy table-seated dining, or have a seat at the bar. PARK 600 bar + kitchen also has its own wood burning stove to prepare wood grilled pizzas.
