I prefer to not have a dentist whiten my teeth because I've heard your teeth can sometimes become sensitive. So, I recently tried Crest Whitening Expressions, and I have actually had people notice a difference and ask if I had my teeth whitened. I am not saying that there is a huge difference, but it's enough for me. I love the Cinnamon Rush flavor. It tastes like I am brushing my teeth with Big Red. My husband loves it, too.
