Trader Joe's Low Calorie Lemonade Review

If you're following me on Twitter (http://twitter.com/OaklandCtyMoms), you've noticed that I have a borderline addiction happening with Arizona Iced-Tea's Arnold Palmer lite. Even though the Arnold Palmers (lemonade and iced tea mixed) are "lite" they pack a calorie and sugar wallop. I'm glad I tripped over a genuine low calorie summer treat at Trader Joe's (and if you've been following me at all, you know how much I love Trader Joe's!). Trader Joe's sells low calorie organic lemonade and pink lemonade and it's delicious! Here's my The Trader Joe's Low Calorie Lemonade review:

The Trader Joe's Low Calorie Lemonade 64 oz bottles sell for $2.69 and the lemonade is made with organic lemon juice and organic cane sugar. The Trader Joe's Low Calorie Lemonade is very tart and refreshing. The best part is that an entire 8 ounce serving of The Trader Joe's Low Calorie Lemonade yields only 40 calories and 9 grams of sugar! I was so surprised since I am used to seeing the sugar counts in the 20's for most juices and such. It's a great treat for my kids and I don't have to worry about overloading them with sugar and have them bounce off the walls.

I also bought a 64 oz bottle of an iced-tea/lemonade mix to rival the Arnold Palmers that Arizona Iced Tea makes. I'm going to do a blind taste test soon. I'll let you know how it goes in a later review.
