- Yukon Gold potato
- olive oil
- sea salt
Homemade Hash Browns Recipe Directions
Wash the potato well and dry it with a towel. You can leave the skin on. Grate the potato on a cheese grater on the large grate size. Put about 3 Tablespoons of olive oil in a large fry pan. Heat the oil over a medium high heat. Place the grated potatoes in the fry pan so that they are spread out. Sprinkle with sea salt. Cook on one side until browned (about 5 minutes) and then flip with a large spatula, sprinkle with more sea salt. Cook until browned again.
