Lemon Icing Frosting Recipe

This lemon icing is perfectly tart and sweet at the same time. Personally, lemon icing goes great on yellow cakes, sugar cookies, or even dessert breads, like Trader Joe's Cranberry Bread.

Lemon Icing Frosting Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 3 cups of confectioners sugar
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Lemon icing Frosting Directions

Juice one lemon with a hand juicer. Soften butter. Mix in confectioners sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Spread onto dessert and eat as is or refrigerate and let harden.
