Pulled Pork Recipe. I can't believe how easy this was. And, it honestly is the best slow cooker recipe I have tried. Sometimes you are limited when using a slow cooker. In this case, this is the only way I would prepare this dish.
Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Serves 4
Pulled Pork Recipe Ingredients
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 pounds pork shoulder roast
1/2 cup water
1 (12-ounce) bottle tangy barbecue sauce
Pulled Pork Recipe Directions
Place half the onion slices in bottom of slow cooker or crock pot; add pork, water, half the barbecue sauce and remaining onion slices. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours, stirring occasionally to break up the pork (it will be a few hours before the pork begins to break apart).
