If you don't want to give your kids another high sugar, high fat, artificial ingredient-laden, junk food dessert, try this all natural yet tasty option - jelly bananas. I take a banana
and slice it up. Put the slices on a plate with a dollop of all natural, low sugar strawberry jelly (found at Trader Joe's - 5g sugar per serving), and let them dip the banana slices in the jelly. The kids LOVE it. You can add in some peanut butter as well. I let the kids use toothpicks for some added fun:). This option works as a great substitution for the other not-so-healthy desserts.
