My son can't do dairy so we get him almond milk. Unfortunately, he LOVES the chocolate flavor. When I saw how much sugar was in it, I did not feel comfortable giving it to him
every morning. Then I found that there was a regular chocolate almond milk and an unsweetened version. When I mix the two together in a 50/50 ratio, I cut the sugar content to half the amount. My son still loves it, there is half the sugar, and it actually tastes more refreshing.
