I'm totally Italian and I have an abundance of my mom's homemade sauce sitting in my freezer in tupperware containers. After using these containers over and over with tomato sauce, they tend to get stained with an orange tint. I recently heard of a great (and easy) fix to prevent this. All

you have to do is spray the inside of the containers with a non-stick cooking spray before pouring in the sauce. Easy enough!
