I recently went to one of my favorite grocery stores, Trader Joes. My son is on a gluten free diet and they informed me that they have a list/printout of

all of their items they sell that are gluten free. I quickly picked up a copy. What a great resource. And it sure helps make the shopping trip easier. I have been in that store at least 1-2 times per week for over a year now and I have never seen some of the things on the list.  There are so many items!  So, it is good to know and I will be sure to look for the items. It helps to try new things, especially when on a restricted diet.  Now, if they could only do a dairy and soy free list as well for my daughter!
