I love this special offer and am happy to hear it's back! I would call this a legitimately good deal, and one I plan on taking advantage of.
Chili's is offering the following promotion... 3 courses, 2 people, $20! Basically, you and your guest spilt an appetizer, choose two entrees and share a dessert, all for $20! They don't open up the whole entree menu for the promo, but there are 15 entrees to choose from. That's plenty.
