Preview – New for 2019 & Returning Favorites
- The much-anticipated, premier festival, entering its 22nd year with a new name – Soaring Eagle Arts, Beats & Eats presented by Flagstar Bank
- Upbound with Art presented by Delta Dental will showcase talented artists supported by Upbound at Work, a disability employment and consulting agency powered by the nonprofit organization Autism Alliance of Michigan. Its mission to helping job seekers with disabilities will manifest in exhibit space provided by Delta Dental that will give artists with autism the opportunity to showcase their work.
- The First Responder Experience – From the 911 call operator, to the first responder and the emergency room nurse,
almost anyone who has had an emergency in Oakland County has likely interacted with an Oakland County Community College (OCC) graduate. OCC, the leader in first responder training in its region, is bringing its training and knowledge to life by creating an entire first responder experience for festival patrons at Arts, Beats & Eats for the first time ever.
- Soaring Eagle Arts Beats & Eats once again teams with Autism Alliance of Michigan to bring select families a unique package as part of the 7th Annual Family Days made possible by Delta Dental. On Saturday, Aug. 31, Sunday, Sept. 1 and Monday, Sept. 2, hundreds of children on the autism spectrum and family members will enjoy a one-day access pass to the festival, which includes free parking, as well as free admission, free carnival rides throughout the day and free lunch for the first 550 registrants per day.
