Troy Community Center New Year’s Eve Family Fun – Close out 2022 with an inexpensive night out at TCC. Enjoy basketball, swimming, and more. Each child will receive a New Year’s goodie bag to take home (while supplies last). FEES: $6 Resident, $8 Non-Resident per person. All ages event. No registration required, pay at the door. Ortonville Movie in the Park – Brandon Twp Parks and Rec is hosting the annual Movie Night at the park. Enjoy a free outdoor summer movie in Ortonville in the evening. The fun starts at 7p with a variety of activities. Enjoy walking trails, playground, music, games on the sledding hill, s’mores, bouncehouses & inflatables, a petting zoo, and more. Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the day and evening. The movie will start at dusk (at around 9p). Be sure to bring your own chairs and blankets!

Oakland County Parks will mark the Juneteenth holiday by waiving vehicle entry fees on Monday, June 19. Oakland County Parks’ Mobile Recreation Unit will also be participating in local celebration and commemoration events honoring Juneteenth throughout Oakland County with fun, free activities such as inflatables, games, climbing towers and more.
Visitors can enjoy access to general park activities, including trails, dog parks, playgrounds, picnic areas, beaches and fishing spots from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset (unless otherwise posted).
Ortonville Fireworks & Food Trucks – Enjoy food trucks at Brandon HS followed by fireworks at dusk. Event runs from 5p-10p. Hosted by the Ortonville DDA.
