Birmingham Community Halloween Fun in the Patch – at Birmingham First United Methodist Church. Children and adults are encouraged to dress up in kid-friendly costumes and enjoy Halloween on the front lawn amongst the Pumpkin Patch. 1p-7p – Pumpkin Patch, 4p-5p – Children’s Parade with Trick or Treating, 4:15p-5:30p – Storybook time & Halloweenie Roast. Birmingham Memorial Day Events – The annual observance of Memorial Day in Shain Park includes addresses by the Mayor and State Representative, patriotic music, and an introduction of veterans.
