Macomb County Drive-In Movies – Movies will be shown up to 3x daily on the LED big screen drive in movie theatre at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre (Freedom Hill). all screenings will be limited to just 150 cars and will cost $25 per carload of people. Showings at 6:30p & 9:30p. Tickets are on sale ONLY at etix.com. Food trucks will be available on site for refreshment sales. The LED screen is very visible, even in daylight conditions.

Buddy’s Pizza National Detroit-Style Pizza Day – Buddy’s Pizza, creator of the Original Detroit-Style Pizza, is partnering with The Salvation Army for the second annual National Detroit-Style Pizza Day. To celebrate the national day, Buddy’s will donate $1 from every pizza sold at all 21 locations to The Salvation Army. June 23 is also known as Buddy’s Pizza Day in Detroit, which credits Buddy’s Pizza for putting Detroit on the map and showcasing the city’s innovation. National Detroit-Style Pizza Day recognizes the square-cut pizza style first served at Buddy’s Pizza in 1946.
