Maybury Farm StoryTime – Children will have fun while learning about a unique farm topic each week through stories, songs, and sensory play. Story time is included with the $7 admission to the farm. Children 2 and under are free. Wagon rides are available for $4 per person and start following story time. Again, children 2 and under are free and space is limited.
Pontiac Music in the Parks FREE Summer Concerts – The City of Pontiac is hosting a new concert at a different park on select Thursdays this summer.
These FREE concerts feature a tremendous variety of music at a plethora of Pontiac’s most beautiful parks. All concerts start at 6:30p. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and snacks and enjoy the show(s)!
USPBL Friday Fireworks Spectacular – at Jimmy Johns Field after each game (248-601-2400 ext 4, uspbl.com). Enjoy fireworks and affordable family-friendly fun every Friday night this summer! Fireworks start after each Friday Night Game at Jimmy John’s Field.
Southfield Free Summer Concerts – Southfield Gazebo Summer Concert Series, Eat to the Beat, Summer in the City, and Kids Concerts concerts are happening this summer. Southfield will be hosting the Gazebo Summer Concert series at Burgh Historical Park on Tuesday evenings from 7p-8:30p. Bring the family and enjoy the music!
You can also enjoy the Eat to the Beat summer morning concert series on select one Thursday a month at Civic Center Drive and Central Park Boulevard, and the Friday Night Concert Series at the Southfield Municipal Complex.

Royal Oak Social District Saturdays – Downtown Royal Oak Social District – Centennial Commons / W Fifth Street Plaza Area (Closed portion) / S Center Street (Between 3rd and 4th). Visitors are invited to grab a drink in Downtown Royal Oak’s Social District and enjoy complimentary live music and yard games at three different locations. The Royal Oak Social District allows customers to purchase alcoholic beverages to-go from participating businesses, and can consume drinks in designated areas throughout Downtown Royal Oak.
