Clawson Halloween Trick or Treat Trail – Clawson City Park. Bring a flashlight and a bag for all the candy you’ll collect from local businesses and organizations along the trail. Stony Creek Fall Wagon Tours – at Stony Creek Metropark – 90 minute wagon tours. Book either a 10a or 1p ride. Hop on the tractor-drawn wagon and enjoy the beauty of fall along a Nature Trail. Along the way, staff will share stories about Stony Creek’s history and various natural features. After your tour, enjoy a roaring campfire to celebrate the season. Program is weather dependent. Ages 3+. $5 per person. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 586-781-9113. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. Christmas in Clawson Craft Show – Find special, one-of-a-kind gifts, from soaps and candles and quilts and jewelry to furniture and beyond, all hand-made by dozens of talented artists. All proceeds from this non-profit, volunteer-run charity event are proudly donated to Clawson, Michigan’s public school students, teachers, and families directly through our local PTOs and PTSAs. Stony Creek Metropark Kids Night at the Nature Center – Drop your kids off and enjoy your Friday night, kid-free. Your kids will have a blast as they meet the nature center animals, including our nocturnal opossum. They’ll get a chance to explore outside along a trail, looking for tracks in the moonlight, gazing at the growing moon, and listening for owl calls and coyote howls.
