Troy Family Daze Carnival, Fireworks, and Touch a Truck – Troy Family Daze returns this September to the Troy Civic Center with a free shuttle service going to and from the event offered at Motor City Church. Troy Family Daze 2022 will take place behind Troy City Hall at the Troy Civic Center (500 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48084) with FREE parking and shuttles to and from the event at Motor City Church (3668 Livernois Rd, Troy, MI 48083). Fireworks close out Saturday night’s festivities. PLUS, Touch a Truck fun at the annual Troy Family Daze carnival and celebration.

Spencer Park Bass Tournament – The Park Bass Tournament is open to ALL AGES and SKILL LEVELS. All fishing is done from shore and there will be prizes for the most bass caught and also for the largest bass. Tournament participation is $5. Participants receive free park vehicle entry. Comerica Park Fireworks – After Detroit Tigers Baseball. Fireworks to start immediately following the game. Tickets for Detroit Tigers Comerica Park Fireworks Nights can be purchased at http://mlb.mlb.com/ticketing/singlegame.jsp?c_id=det for these individual games.
Bloomfield Twp Open House – Held in conjunction with Fire Prevention Week Activities. Fire department demonstrations, food trucks, touch-a-truck, DPS truck rides, police car rides, hot dogs & cookies, petting zoo, rock climbing wall, and more. This is a FREE event. Hosted by West Bloomfield Twp.

Madison Hts Holiday Tree Lighting
Madison Hts Holiday Tree Lighting is Hosted by the City of Madison Hts at Civic Center Plaza at the Gazebo. The Mayor will welcome Santa and present him with an official key to the City. Visitors will enjoy cookies and cocoa while listening to seasonal music. Following the tree lighting program, children may wish to get their photos taken with Santa and Mrs Claus inside the Breckenridge Room of the Library. As this event is privately sponsored, the Mayor asks the community to help keep this tradition going, by making a donation payable to “City of Madison Heights – Christmas Light Fund.”. West Bloomfield Earth Day Celebration – Come explore the Outdoor Natural Play Area and celebrate our
Earth with many activities including: Craft, live animals, free tree seedlings (while supplies last), guided nature hike, vendors, and more. This is a FREE event or $5/person if you partake in the Guided Hike. Proceeds benefit the Nature Room. This program will be indoors and outdoors so please dress for weather.
