Ferndale Easter Egg-Stravaganza
Ferndale Easter Egg-Stravaganza – Each hunt is FREE and will feature three parks, with areas for younger children. The schedule is as follows – 1p – Wilson Park (For Ages 1-4 Only); 1:30p – Geary Park; 2p – Martin Road Park.
At each site, children will have the opportunity to gather as many prize-filled eggs as they can. One egg in each section contains a special golden ticket that will grant its finder with a special Easter basket. Geary Park and Martin Road Park will each have an area dedicated to younger children (ages 1-4) and older children (ages 5-11). At Martin Road Park, children and parents will have the opportunity to meet and take pictures with the Easter Bunny. Southfield Great Marshmallow Drop
Southfield Great Marshmallow Drop – 15,000 marshmallows are dropped from a helicopter. Participants then need to collect only one marshmallow that can be exchanged for a prize. There are four drop zone groups: Children ages 4 years and younger; children ages 5-7; and children ages 8-12. The drop for individuals with disabilities will begin at 11:30a.
