Kensington Metropark Hayride Adventure – (810-227-8910, metroparks.com). Take part behind the scenes as the draft horses are harnessed and hitched to the wagon. Learn what the different elements of their harness do and how they work together. When the horses are dressed and ready, you’ll be all set for a relaxing hayride along the farm’s wooded trails. All ages. $6 per child / $10 per adult. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 810-227-8910.
West Bloomfield Summer Concerts Marshbank Park – Kids Komotion. FREE family fun. Enjoy live entertainment, FREE inflatables (socks required), and snacks and refreshments for purchase. Bring your blanket and/or lawn chairs. This is a FREE event. If an event is cancelled due to weather, WB Parks will post that info on their facebook page.
