West Bloomfield Parks Letters to Santa event (half-hour sessions begin at 11a) – at West Bloomfield Twp Recreation Activities Center. Don’t mail your letter to Santa when you can drop it off in person. Meet Santa, give him your letter, take a family picture and he will have a cookie for you. The event is held completely outdoors and the photo backdrop is nature themed. West Bloomfield Winter Solstice Celebration at Recreation Activities Center – Celebrate the most magical and darkest night of the year and the slow return of the sun. Come learn about nature in winter as you explore the half mile lantern lit trail. Enjoy a glowing craft, view the night sky with telescopes, photo ops, cocoa and marshmallows by the fire and more.
