Stony Creek Metropark Maple Sugaring – March 6, 13, 20, & 27 from 10a-3p (1 hour sessions). Learn the history of sugaring and how to identify maple trees. Hike into the spring woods to tap a maple. Afterwards, return to the campfire and learn the process of boiling sap into rich maple syrup. Face coverings and social distancing are required. All ages. $5 per person. Oakland Mall Easter Bunny Pet Photos – Photo packages are available for purchase. Please enter the mall through the main entrance, near the food court. Cats and dogs, only. All pets must be in a carrier or on a 6 ft leash at all times. Owners are responsible for being in control of their pets at all times. Pets are not allowed in stores.

Sensory Santa at Oakland Mall – Individuals with all spectrums of special needs and their families are invited to a private photo session where extra care is taken to support the sensory, physical and other developmental needs to make this a magical holiday experience. There is no admission charge. Photo packages will be available for purchase for the event. Pre-registration is required and can be booked online.

Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade – The parade will start at Main Street & Lincoln and will proceed north to Second Street The parade has been held on Memorial Day for several decades as a respectful tribute to our veterans – past and present. Oakland Mall Witchypoo Revue – Dance and sing along with Witchypoo and all of her Halloween friends in a musical spooktacular.  1p, 2p, 3p, & 4p. Each performance will be followed by a brief meet & greet. No ticket required. Arrive early for best viewing. Limited seating available. Costumes welcome. Trick-or-treating will be available at this event at select Oakland Mall stores. Hosted by Oakland Mall.
