Red Oaks Nature Center Homeschool Series (248-585-0100) A new homeschool theme each month.

Homeschool sessions are adapted for two age groups: Ages 6-9 and ages 10-13. Cost is $10/child/session. Preregistration with payment is required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or register online. Mad Science of Detroit Kids Night Out

Kids can create new crafts & activities each week, explore, eat dinner, and watch a movie with Mad Science’s STEM loving Scientists. Drop off and Pick up any time between 6p and 9p. $19 per child. Bunny & Barks at Daisy Knight Dog Park

Bunny & Barks at Daisy Knight Dog Park – Easter Bunny at Daisy Knight Dog Park for your dog to visit and get their pictures taken. Troy Rec will have the small dog area blocked off for this event, so your pup can run and play with some friends. Time slots available for dogs 50+ lbs, 25-50 lbs, and under 25 lbs. $9 residents. $12 non-residents. Pre-registration required. Online registration. Hosted by Troy Recreation.

Following the moon cycle connects us with nature in a meaningful way. Enjoy a mini hike, cozy fire and calming meditation during the full moon. No meditation experience necessary. Dress for the weather. The program is suitable for ages 7 and older. Cost is $5/person.
