Beacon Park DLECTRICITY event – Stunning outdoor art and light installations will illuminate Midtown Detroit with the return of DLECTRICITY – the outdoor nighttime festival of art and light will take place in safe, open spaces throughout the Cultural Center District and Beacon Park. Walk through the beautiful Burgh Historical park and enjoy the sights of Halloween. There will be trick or treating stations throughout the park.
