Oakland Mall Easter Bunny Pet Photos – Photo packages are available for purchase. Please enter the mall through the main entrance, near the food court. Cats and dogs, only. All pets must be in a carrier or on a 6 ft leash at all times. Owners are responsible for being in control of their pets at all times. Pets are not allowed in stores.
Southfield Spring-a-ling – Tickets are $5 for Southfield residents and $10 for non-residents. Get your ticket by calling the Parks & Recreation Information Desk at 248-796-4620. Participants will walk along and enjoy parking lot performances by our magician, 3 family-favorite costumed characters and a stilt walker visiting from a safe distance. Be sure to visit the petting zoo before heading over to the see “The Bunny” where they will have goodie bags for all the kids ages 2-13 years old (bags contain candy filled eggs, craft packs and more). Hosted by the City of Southfield Parks & Recreation Department.
Bear Creek Nature Park Easter Trail Scavenger Hunt – There will be a scavenger hunt along a trail, hot cocoa, an Easter message, and an Easter Egg Hunt. This event will be held outdoors, so be sure to dress for the weather. Hosted by Orion Kkids / Kensington Church. Pre-registration required (click “more info” on this link).
Birmingham Easter Eggstravaganza – Stop by the front lawn of Birmingham First for the family-friendly Easter Eggstravaganza! Visit with the Easter Bunny, participate in an Easter Egg Hunt, enjoy music, food and much more. For more information visit: www.fumcbirmingham.org/easter-eggstravaganza.
Huron Valley Egg Hunt – Join the Easter Bunny for photos, face painting, goodie bags and more Easter fun. Bring your camera. Egg hunt times are divided into different time increments. Ages 2-10. Holly Spring Easter Egg Hunt – at Sorensen Park (half hour sessions begin at 11a). Plastic eggs filled with candy and prizes will be hidden around the beach. Children ages 12 and under are invited to join the hunt. There will be different age categories to make sure the hunt is fair for everyone. Stony Creek Metropark Easter Egg Scramble – Visit the nature center for games and crafts to keep your little one busy while they wait for their turn to visit the Easter bunny. He’ll be hard at work in his workshop, but not too busy to stop and visit with your child and get a memorable photo. After visiting with the Easter Bunny, come outside for an egg-citing egg scramble. The egg scramble will be grouped by age. Upon arrival check-in so we can assign your child’s egg scramble time.. Ages 0-10. $6 per child / Adults are FREE . Pre-registration is required online or by calling 586-781-9113. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. Daily & annual vehicle permits are on sale NOW. Farmington Hills Easter Egg Hunt – at Heritage Park. 3 slots – 10a, 11a, noon. Hop down the bunny trail and search for eggs, stop at treat stations, and enjoy inflatables and egg painting. Rain or shine event. All ages. $9 res / $14 non res. Pre-registration required. To register.
Spring Fling Egg Hunt – Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 4:45p (toddler egg hunt) through 9p – six 45-min time slots available. (flashlight egg hunt for tweens & teens)
Grab eggs and hunt for the golden ones, then turn them in for treats. Mr Bunny will be there, so bring your camera and a basket to carry your goodies. A petting farm and train ride will be available at the event too. Check-in a half hour before your registration time. The hunt begins promptly at the scheduled time on your receipt and all eggs are usually found within 10 minutes. This event will go rain or shine. Dress for the weather, including boots. $7 WB Resident/$9 Non-Resident. Non-resident registration will open April 1, pending space. Hosted by WB Parks. Online registration here.
Bunny Trail – (register for half-hour increments). Hosted by Springfield Twp P&R. Easter Bunny photos & treats on the trail. Event is held rain or shine. Ages 12 & under. Adults are FREE. Cost is $5 per child resident / $7 per child non-resident. Pre-registration is required. Limited capacity. This is an outdoor event.
