Yoga in the Rock Garden
Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40a registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations. Time Out – A Quiet Space for Adults – On Sunday nights at 7:30, Northminster Presbyterian Church is hosting a time of peaceful silence. This is not a religious service: this is a space for anyone and everyone seeking a little more quiet time in their lives.
Pastor Chris will open the Northminster Sanctuary at 7 p.m. as quiet, meditative music plays.
Quiet activities, such as reading, writing, or coloring, are welcomed and encouraged. Tools for meditative practices will also be available.
We ask that you leave your phone at home or in the car; but a phone/technology check-in will be available at the entrance of the sanctuary.
All are invited, regardless of personal background or religious tradition.

Milford Movies at Central Park
Milford Movies at Central Park – Milford Twp is hosting their FREE Milford Picnic and Movies series in Downtown Milford on select days through the summer. Movies start at dusk. Milford Community Picnics take place at Central Park and feature games, bouncers, refreshments, hot dogs, climbing wall, pony rides & petting farm, crafts, and science alive.

Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members
or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. West Bloomfield Little Hikers
West Bloomfield Little Hikers – at West Bloomfield Twp Recreation Activities Center (wbparks.org). Join our Naturalist on a nature
discovery walk. Enjoy silly songs and fun activities to keep all ages, from babies to school-aged engaged. Families can explore the Nature Room and Outdoor Natural Play Area after the hike. The trail is 0.5 miles and unpaved so only all-terrain strollers are recommended. A baby backpack/carrier is suggested for infants. The fee is per family. $3 resident / $5 non-resident.
