Red Oaks Nature Center Homeschool Series
Red Oaks Nature Center Homeschool Series (248-585-0100) A new homeschool theme each month.
Homeschool sessions are adapted for two age groups: Ages 6-9 and ages 10-13. Cost is $10/child/session. Preregistration with payment is required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or register online. No on-site registration will be available. Sessions are designed as a drop-off program for youth. All students are welcome. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.
West Bloomfield Earth Day Celebration
West Bloomfield Earth Day Celebration – Come explore the Outdoor Natural Play Area and celebrate our
Earth with many activities including: Craft, live animals, free tree seedlings (while supplies last), guided nature hike, vendors, and more. This is a FREE event or $5/person if you partake in the Guided Hike. Proceeds benefit the Nature Room. This program will be indoors and outdoors so please dress for weather. Tens of thousands of our neighbors gather together – over picnics and under the stars – to enjoy this celebration of our American Independence. And you can be part of it.
