Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40 registration / 9a class begins) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden this summer at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join this yoga class, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. Experienced yogi Shannon Kraegel RYT (registered yoga teacher) will be leading the class. The goal of her classes is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, and the rest will follow. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. $15 per person.
Hippie Fest in Canterbury Village – Guests can stroll through the outdoor vendors selling themed items and unique jewelry, clothing, arts, and crafts. All shops within Canterbury Village will be open and featuring various Hippie-related finds as well. The weekend will feature live music, shopping, and so much more. $5 online / $8 at the door. $5 Parking. Online ticket & processing fees may apply.

Milford Movies at Central Park – Milford Twp is hosting their FREE Milford Picnic and Movies series in Downtown Milford on select days through the summer. Movies start at dusk. Milford Community Picnics take place at Central Park and feature games, bouncers, refreshments, hot dogs, climbing wall, pony rides & petting farm, crafts, and science alive.

Southfield Free Summer Concerts – Southfield Gazebo Summer Concert Series, Eat to the Beat, Summer in the City, and Kids Concerts concerts are happening this summer. Southfield will be hosting the Gazebo Summer Concert series at Burgh Historical Park on Tuesday evenings from 7p-8:30p. Bring the family and enjoy the music!
You can also enjoy the Eat to the Beat summer morning concert series on select one Thursday a month at Civic Center Drive and Central Park Boulevard, and the Friday Night Concert Series at the Southfield Municipal Complex.

Lake Orion Summer Concerts – LO Live! Summer concert series at Children’s Park in Downtown Lake Orion on Wednesday and First Friday evenings. Concerts and family fun begins at 6:30p. Children’s Park has recently added terraced seating along Broadway Street.

Birmingham Summer Concerts – Shain Park in Birmingham, Michigan will once again be hosting free concerts throughout the summer. The Birmingham Summer Concert Series concerts will start at 7p on select Wednesdays through the summer, with a kickoff on Friday.
