Southfield Free Summer Concerts – Southfield Gazebo Summer Concert Series, Eat to the Beat, Summer in the City, and Kids Concerts concerts are happening this summer. Southfield will be hosting the Gazebo Summer Concert series at Burgh Historical Park on Tuesday evenings from 7p-8:30p. Bring the family and enjoy the music!
You can also enjoy the Eat to the Beat summer morning concert series on select one Thursday a month at Civic Center Drive and Central Park Boulevard, and the Friday Night Concert Series at the Southfield Municipal Complex.

Wint Nature Center Puddle Jumper Series – at Wint Nature Center 248-625-6473. Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the great outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and related activity. Each child will receive a craft kit to take and make at home. This series meets the second Friday of each month. Cost: $4/child. Call 248-858-0916 weekdays to register. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.
Oak Park Summer Blast Carnival – Carnival rides, live entertainment, games, mini pub / beer tent, BBQ Battle, KidZone and more summer fun. Hosted by Oak Park Recreation.

West Bloomfield Summer Concerts Marshbank Park – FREE family fun. Enjoy live entertainment, FREE inflatables (socks required), and snacks and refreshments for purchase. Bring your blanket and/or lawn chairs. This is a FREE event. If an event is cancelled due to weather, WB Parks will post that info on their facebook page.

Southfield Outdoor Movie Nights – Southfield MI will host outdoor summer movie nights under the stars as part of their Family Fun Nights hosted periodically throughout the summer.
Previous years have offered fun for the whole family featuring a Kids’ Fun Area with loads of inflatables (you MUST wear socks to participate on the inflatables!), rock climbing wall and more.
Be sure to bring your lawn chairs or a blanket to sit and enjoy the movie. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
