or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Kids Night at the Hawk
Kids Night at the Hawk Community Center – Parents can plan a special night-out while kids get to enjoy a night-in at the Hawk Community Center. Hawk Recreation Staff will plan and oversee activities for a fun-filled night. You do not need to be a passholder to participate. Emergency form must be filled out at check-in. Participants will have supervised access to the pool and should bring a swimsuit if they wish to participate in pool activities. AGES 5-11. Resident/Non-Resident $25/$30. To register. Contributions to Walk for Warmth support emergency services provided by OLHSA that help keep our neighbors safe and warm. Those interested in walking can register at https://fundraise.givesmart.
Entertainment will include the Genisys Band, National Anthem by Vanessa Carr, Huda Jump Rope Team, Detroit Institute of Arts craft tent, Oakland University kids crafts, Oakland County Sheriff’s Therapy Dogs, and Miss Oakland County Teen.
