Novi Dogs Only Swim – Doggie Dive-In at Lakeshore Park Beach. Play around with your pooch in beautiful Walled Lake or on the shore of Lakeshore Beach. Must be a current member of the Novi Dog Park to participate. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on the beach during this event. Price is $5 per dog. Pre-registration required. Waterford Central Cinema Movie Night – the monthly showing of a family-friendly movie, followed by a brief discussion around the themes of the film. Bring a snack to share and a friend; everyone is welcome. In honor of Veteran’s Day, November’s movie is “Dog,”. This is a FREE event hosted by Central United Methodist Church.

Detroit Santa Claus Pet Photos – Detroit K-9’s team of professional photographers will photograph your family & pets in a beautiful holiday scene. A $5 donation is suggested with 100% of the photo proceeds benefiting Dog Aide, a non-profit organization with the mission to provide assistance to dog owners in the City of Detroit that are experiencing a financial hardship. Lake Orion Dixieland Benefit Concert – The annual fundraising event will feature the North Oakland Dixieland Band performing traditional swing and jazz music.
