Indian Springs Metropark Maple Sugaring: Sweet Science – 3 sessions per day – 11a/12p/1p. 248-625-6640, metroparks.com. Travel out to the woods to see the tapping of maple trees, sap collection, and visit the evaporator to learn about the boiling of maple sap. This program is entirely outdoors and runs every hour. You can expect to walk about one-mile on gravel nature trails. Social distancing and face coverings are required. Dress for the weather. $3 per child, $5 per adult, children under two free. All Ages.
