Red Oaks Nature Center Whose Nest is Best – Nests come in all shapes, sizes and materials. Examine nests and eggs to learn about their inhabitants and the science behind egg shapes and sizes. Then, take a hands-on building challenge to create a nest using the same materials as our friends with beaks. Create or take home a bird craft kit. $5/person. Pre-registration with payment required. Call 248-858-0916 weekdays. No weekend registration. All programs will take place outdoors – under a tent, or on a trail. Dress for the weather. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.
