Royal Oak Middle School MLK Jr Service – On January 17, at Royal Oak Middle School, students, staff, and community members are invited to take part in a Day On to honor Dr. King’s legacy. Both Berkley Schools and Royal Oak students are collaborating on this event that will include speakers, the Detroit Youth Choir, testimonials on what Dr. King and his “I have a dream” speech mean to you, and a Freedom March around the school..
