Troy Community Center Kite Fly – at 11a & 1p (two 1-hr sessions to choose from). Each child will receive a kite & a kite craft. Kids will go to a designated area to build & fly their kites (or they can bring their own). Pre-registration required. Ages 4-12. $4 Troy residents. $7 non-residents. Hosted by Troy Recreation
