Village of Rochester Hills FREE Carriage Rides – The Village of Rochester Hills will be offering FREE horse & carriage rides this holiday season on a first come, first served basis. We will be strictly adhering to a 6 ft socially distancing requirement, if waiting in line, and we ask the public to wear masks for added safety. Hours – Fridays & Saturdays (4p-8p), Sundays (2p-6p).
