Village of Rochester Hills New Year’s at Noon Dance Party – Master DJ Noah will be on-site spinning tunes the entire family will enjoy. All attendees are encouraged to don New Year’s glasses, hats, noisemakers, and more. Giveaways every 21 minutes for those who are dressed up. Safe social distancing encouraged. Hosted by the Village of Rochester Hills.
