DESCRIPTION:Kensington Weekend Hayrides or Sleigh Rides\nKensington Weekend Hayrides or Sleigh Rides – at Kensington Metropark (810-227-8910\, metroparks.com) Saturdays and Sundays from noon-4p through December.  \nEnjoy a horse-drawn\, tractor-drawn hayride\, or wintery horse-drawn sleigh ride (depending on the weather) through the wooded trails around the Farm Center. 20-minute hayrides. Sleigh rides are available in December if there is sufficient snow. All ages. $3 child / $5 adult. Pre-registration is not required. Tickets for weekend hayrides are sold at the Farm Center Office.  A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. Come explore new sections of trail and scenic elements found within this seasonal variation of Glenlore Trails. The “CarnEvil 2” is appropriate for all ages. The entire event takes around 1 hr\, depending on your speed of walking. Tickets are $25 for ages 13+\, $15 for ages 4-12\, FREE for kids under 3. All tickets purchased online only require a processing fee. Tickets are sold in 1/2 hour increments beginning at 7:30p with the last group time offered to purchase at 10p.
