The 8,000 square foot facility offers mostly recreational programs, as well as trampolining and tumbling teams, and Parkour and free running. Additionally, fLipSpot in Rochester MI offers open gym (on Friday nights for 9 and over), clinics, open gym for adults, and Capoeira Brazilian dancing for adults.
Friday night open gym sessions are a great opportunity for kids interested in gymnastics to explore and practice new skills. Kids can come out to open gym and seek out an instructor to work on skills or just
play around and have free time with the equipment and floors. Plus, adults can get some recreational activity as well at the Monday evening open gym sessions for adults.
The clinics at fLipSpot Gymnastics and Cheer in Rochester MI are offered on Saturdays and focus on developing specific skills. The clinics include: back tuck, handspring and walkover, and cartwheel and handstand. There is no previous registration…come in as needed and pay when you get there.
