Mini Musicians Rochester Hills Music Classes 2024
Registration for Mini Musician Spring 2024 classes is now open! Classes begin April 4 and will be offered on Thurday, Friday, & Saturday mornings for the Spring of 2024. Semesters are 10 weeks in length. Ms. Jenna will be offering music classes in Downtown Rochester at Motor City Irish Dance Studio for the Spring Semester. Tuition includes one professionally downloadable music and a beautifully illustrated songbook with family activity suggestions. Classes include parent education to help adults understand and enhance their child’s music development. ABOUT Mini Musicians of Rochester Hills
Mini Musicians Rochester Hills and Music Together is designed to be a musical buffet. At any level of your child’s music development, whether newborn, toddler, or preschooler, everything he or she needs for basic music competence is laid out-both in class and in the materials used at home – for them to sample, learn from, and enjoy.
A semester of Music Together from Mini Musicians will bring you and your child the excitement of new music and activities, a beautifully illustrated songbook along with two cd copies of the recordings, a positive early childhood music education experience with a quality instructor and a chance to meet and make new friends. Parents will have fun dancing, singing, and laughing along with their children in the Music Together class.

MINI MUSICIANS ROCHESTER HILLS RHYTHM KIDS MUSIC CLASSES (Ages 5-8)
Children and their parents or guardians can enjoy music, movement, and drumming to integrate rhythm into their daily lives. Classes incorporate play-based learning and utilize musical experiences designed to broaden a child’s horizons. Children will develop skills in improvising, soloing, conducting, composition, and improvisation.
BABIES ONLY CLASSES (NEWBORN – 8 MONTHS)
This is a one-semester introduction to Music Together and to early childhood music development. The music activities in a Babies class are specifically designed to teach parents how to support music development in infancy and how to connect with their infants through music, using concepts like “purposeful touch,” “sound layering,” and “dancing for baby.”
Be sure to look for Mini Musicians at the Village of Rochester Hills on Wednesdays during the summer for FREE programming as part of the Music & Me for Kids series. Children will be able to sing, dance, and interact with each other during this fun morning performance. Bring a blanket and be prepared to be inspired by the musical talents of your children. This class is geared towards children birth to five years old.
