Paint Creek Cider Mill Rochester review, pics, and info. Located on Orion Road halfway between Rochester Road and Adams Rd in Rochester, Michigan, PCCM is located in what used to be a fancy dine-in restaurant back in the 1990s. Before it was a cider mill, this was a sit-down restaurant. The BEAUTIFUL location was simply too attractive to let sit in disrepair so… it became a cider mill and even features an open-all-year restaurant. More on the restaurant in a bit.

Paint Creek Cider Mill Rochester Pics
The mill’s extra appeal charming location just off of Paint Creek Trail. The building is attractive and the grounds are well-maintained. The inside of the building, while small, has that country farmhouse feel. In addition to cider and donuts, you can order pies and fresh baked goods.
As far as local cider mills go, this one gets better and better every year. They now feature their own cider, donuts and plenty of fall treats. This didn’t used to be the case. They used to serve outside cider. It’s a nice, quick way to get your cider fix and perhaps enjoy a tasty lunch. I’ve been to this mill several times through the years and every time I go, the restaurant and the cider mill menu just keep expanding and improving. Orion Rd is one of my favorite roads to travel in Oakland County, it just feels like you’re “up North” and away from the Rochester Rd or M-24 traffic.
The PCCM Restaurant has a fairly extensive menu of mostly lunch-fare (review). They serve pizza, sandwiches, BBQ dishes, wraps, hot dogs, salads, ice cream, sides and more! I think it’s great they added the restaurant so people can enjoy the building and Paint Creek Trail (almost) year-round.
PCCM in Rochester, MI is open 7 days a week. Fall hours are from 11a-8p.
